Since you will be using the internet to access your records and documents, we made sure that security is built into every transmission of information between your Web browser and the Airframe™ servers. Security is build into every page hit, based on Verisign’s market-leading SSL technology.

In addition to encryption during transmission, each of our customers has their information stored in a completely separate database, keeping it much more clearly separate than other multi-tenancy designs do. Also, each customer’s documents are stored in a separate file folder on our file servers, and documents are uploaded and downloaded over a secure, encrypted internet connection. We respect the privacy of your data, too. Airframe’s own support people will only work in your database with explicit permission from you if access is required outside regular maintenance activities.

We perform automatic backups, stored securely in multiple physical locations. We can also provide data extracts on a regular schedule and send them to you, so you have in your possession a fresh extract of your own data.
